geared towards making sure there are no unexpected issues once we
find the apartment you want!  Some communities accept misdemeanors,
bankruptcies, bad credit, etc...but some absolutely do not! If you do have, for example, bad credit, it can depend on the degree. So these questions are to help us help you help yourself! The information is not shared with anyone, but can help to keep you from losing application fees by applying to communities that do not match up with your background assessment.
 
If you do not want to fill out the form, you will need to call, text or email so we can get the information from you. This is only an effort to avoid wasting your time.
 
NOTE: In the "comments" section, please let us know the area you desire to live, your budget, the amenities you'd prefer, how many people will be living in the home, etc. Criminal history, or misdemeanors, credit issues if any, as well as gross monthly income. These are all qualifying issues and is information the communities will assess.
